Life, energy, balance.
If humans apply a lighter balance & energy in life, their development should be easier and quicker. → Better health, evolved humans and less environmental impact.
One way to do this is to eat more Sun.
We only need three words to describe Life and how to live it:
Consciousness; energy and balance.
And to describe the meaning of Life we simply add “development”. See pic below.
Consciousness, energy, balance & development.
Consciousness starts Life and is a bridge between physical and metaphysical. It is part of what makes us human and a “God-like being” with high ethics and holistic intelligence. Without consciousness (awareness/awakeness) we may be declared dead.
Energy is everything & everywhere, creating a foundation for physical Life and controlling all parts and processes. Even our thoughts and feelings are (esoteric & metaphysical) energy.
Balance is a big key for successful Life, and this concept can be applied to anything in our world (and everyday life).
Development is big part of meaning of Life (a simplified answer to a deep philosophical question). We are born into this physical world in a physical body so that we may experience life in order to learn … grow … develop into a better version, a higher being.
This article will look closer at two fundamentals - energy and balance.
Energy
Humans are energy beings that must have the harmonious & precisely adapted energies that are the basis of our existence. These energies are found in nature/body, while disharmony/electrosmog is found in the technology that distances us from nature.
The body's energy system carries all functions - i.e. communicating internally and between bodies, and also to detect (and respond to) threats.
We are also light beings, to some extent, since we communicate internally via light and we respond to external light (mainly the Sun). The Sun regulates Life on Earth and processes in our bodies, via light, and the energy of the Sun drives it forward (via direct absorption or via food). Food is concentrated Sun energy in a materialized form.
Balance
Balance usually happens automatically in the systems & cycles of nature, but in our societies & social constructions (which rarely follow nature) we usually have to strive for balance manually (sometimes even when it comes to attitudes, feelings, etc.). Problem is that most people don’t have balance as a guideline and are not aware of most imbalances in their Life (or how to balance them, if they were aware of an imbalance).
Here is a list of typical imbalances in human societies nowadays:
The list could also contain examples like … struggle vs flow … demonstration vs manifestation … complaining vs creation … but the examples in the list are enough to show a significant overall picture.
Comments on some of the listed examples:
”Body mind spirit” straddles the list columns because 1) it can be a higher level example, 2) we focus too much on body and too little on spirit/soul, and the mind is a connecting/facilitating bridge.
And it’s important to mention the imbalance between physical activity (too little) and mental activity, which has grown a lot in the past 30 years.
Related to the above is too much rational analyzing (IQ) and too little intuition and gut feeling (which represent Spiritual and Holistic intelligence in this list). Even science now show that there are neurons in the heart and the gut.
Information handling (IH) is one of the greatest challenges for humans nowadays (regarding both quantity and quality). Failure to do this may lead to a person becoming a “sheep” or even a “soldier” in the ongoing info-wars. The biggest world war yet is everywhere but also very subtle, fought with info tools, and the price is Your mind. This is a big part of the rapid Transhumanism development.
That is why it’s important to detox info … as well as the radiation/electrosmog (to reduce physical impact) that carries most of the info.
The rapid technology implementation in everyday life distances us from nature & biology (fundamental needs), making this another Transhumanism factor.
Developments in recent years have increased escapism/fleeing behavior, thereby avoiding challenges which are important since they facilitate human development (part of “meaning of life”). One example is “being or feeling alone“: Someone who is afraid of this will make sure to always have people or distractions nearby - thereby avoid meeting oneself and do inner work (very important). So, instead of meditation that person chooses entertainment (distraction).
Æther can be called “the energy of the atmosphere”. This air-energy substance is likely created when cosmic rays (mainly from the Sun) is flowing through the atmosphere, charging it.
This means that 1) not only humans and plants can absorb & store energy from the Sun, 2) we can absorb energy from the air even when the Sun is not shining on us.
And buildings (cathedrals i.e.) or technology can be designed to harness Æther (some of Nikola Teslas patents/inventions contained this method).
Sun ray = energy + light + info. The Sun energy gives us both heat and nutrition.
Ex 2: a LED can produce light without heat.
Ex 3: A 5G-antenna can send info without heat.
All three examples are electromagnetic rays, but they have different frequencies, properties and qualities.
The Sun rays are harmonious while the other examples are disharmonious … bringing electrosmog (disturbing/polluting electromagnetism).
Harmony and disharmony should also be in the list, but as a higher level example.
Note: On a societal level this relates to human methods of using natures clean & harmonious energy. If we did it right, we would have “free“ omnipresent energy (incl Æther) instead of the expensive, polluting, disharmonious versions of today.
Metabolism (of energy).
Equation 1: intake vs output. How much energy, vitamins, minerals and proteins do you ingest, and how much of them do you spend?
Eq 2: Food-exercise-oxygen. Oxygen is an important element in our bodies, and needs to be balanced to food & exercise (who both demand oxygen). = If we eat & exercise less, there will be more Oxygen available for other organs & functions.
Eq 3: Mind the food/nutrition and intake/uptake levels (in average).
Eat less food, but increase the quality (in thereby nutrition & uptake).
Eat less food and more Sun (at least during summer). Our bodies are designed to “eat” Sun energy, and if You practice it will be gradually easier.
Interestingly the trends for diets of both food and Sun are similar, which can be seen in the illustrated diagrams [pic 3 and 4] below.
Metabolism also happens via Mind and Spirit. Considering that the Sun light may contain info, it could be part of the spiritual intake as well.
Pic 3: We eat more than ever (in average), but take up less nutrition than ever … because food has less nutrition and bodies have more toxins & malfunctions.
Pic 4: Our ability to absorb/metabolize Sun energy is said to have increased. Meanwhile we spend less time in Sunlight than before, and 100 years ago electrosmog (an E-toxin) became a new & significant exposure … which have increased rapidly.
Ergo, nowadays we have worse conditions for good energy metabolism, due to changes in human societies (and lifestyles).
We should also use command to help align and protect ourselves:
Energy + intention + spoken words = command.
NOTE: Your intention should be from the heart and aligned with higher purposes, in order to work well (or at all). And the words should be chosen carefully to be clear and aligned with the intention.
It helps if You are calm, grounded and balanced (and happy/loving if possible) to harmonize the Energy that will carry the intention & words.
